WANTED ASAP : Junior AR Accountant for a prestigious academic institution!

For our client, a prestigious international school, we are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable.

Your role will be to manage the entire invoicing process, including creating and posting of invoices, managing customer requests and problems, as well as monitoring payments and reporting on invoicing status.

You'll also benefit from flexible working hours and partial teleworking after the first few weeks!

• Gather information from departments to prepare invoices
• Prepare and create invoices using internal tool
• Respond to customer queries on invoices
• Resolve invoice issues and manage reminders
• Preparation of invoicing status reports

• CFC/UNI/HEC degree in finance or accounting
• First experience in invoice processing (min. 6 months), a strong asset
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite
• Rigorous, meticulous, autonomous and quick learner
