Junior Service Desk Support - Private Bank

Our client, a well known bank is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team! You will be responsible for providing support to end-users who experience IT-related issues and technical assistance

• Respond to incoming requests via phone, email or ticketing system
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues
• Escalate complex issues
• Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and slef-help resources
• Document support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps, int he ticketing system
• Collaborate with other IT Teams

• IT Diploma
• First experience in a service desk or helpdesk position
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, MS Office suite and common software applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is desirable
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Very good communication skills
• Problem solving and good analytical skills

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
